How we treat your data

This website is operated by FarSight Insight and Action Consulting Limited ("the Company"). We value your privacy and collect as little as possible:

• No cookies, no ad tracking. This website sets no cookies and deploys no advertising trackers. Browsing it requires no personal data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic; it sets no cookies, does not identify individuals, and reports only aggregate figures such as page views.
• The self-check. The AI readiness self-check runs entirely in your browser; your answers are never sent to our servers. Your result leaves the page only if you yourself press the WhatsApp or email button.
• Data you volunteer. Names and contact details you provide by email, phone or WhatsApp are used solely to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. They are never sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing.
• Retention. Correspondence is kept only as long as the business purpose requires, handled in line with the principles of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
• Access and correction. To access, correct or delete personal data you have provided, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
